Questions You Might Have

  • Most orders are completed within 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and nature of the project. If I ever need more time, I’ll reach out and keep you updated.

  • Yes! If you’re local to Tulsa, I offer in-person drop-offs by appointment. Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out to schedule a time and share the location.

  • Wrap your photos, film, or documents in a protective layer (like a zip-top bag, archival sleeve, or envelope) and place them in a sturdy envelope or box. If you’re unsure, I’ll send you detailed packing instructions after you submit the form.

  • Yes—unless you specifically request otherwise, all of your original materials will be returned to you safely.

  • You’ll have the option to receive your files by cloud link and/or USB drive. Just select your preference on the form above.

  • Feel free to include any timing needs in the “Additional Notes” section of the form. I’ll do my best to work with your timeline.

  • Pricing varies based on what you're submitting—photo scanning, film scanning, and restoration are all listed on the Services page.

  • Most scans are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, ideal for sharing or printing. If you need another format, just let me know in the Additional Information section.
